Enrollment is easy! You can text AutoshipRX to 919-505-8779 with your veterinary hospital, prescription number, and pet’s name handy. We’ll handle the rest, including contacting your veterinarian for any prescription approvals.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered by the shop after each successful renewal. For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order by yourself!

Delivery Options Practice Delivery: Medications and products can be delivered to the practice at no cost to you. Delivery schedules vary based on pharmacy operations, practice location, and client responsiveness.
Auto-Ship Deliveries: Clients enrolled in auto-ship receive free home delivery via USPS. Shipments typically take 3–5 business days. Clients receive text message reminders 7 days prior to the scheduled shipment. A 5% discount is applied to eligible auto-ship items.
USPS Shipping: Orders over $50 are Free and Orders under $50 are $7
UPS Ground: $12.50 UPS Overnight: $35.00

Additional Notes Email or text notifications with tracking numbers are sent for USPS and UPS shipments. Shipping policies may be adjusted based on client responsiveness and pharmacy capacity.

Yes, in most cases, they can ship to a PO Box. However, expedited orders will need a physical address. Companion Pharmacy will contact you if an update to your address is required.
