Simparica TRIO Chewable Tablets (sarolaner, moxidectin, and pyrantel) provide comprehensive monthly protection for dogs weighing between 44.1 and 88.0 pounds. These chewable tablets are indicated for the prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis, the treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis), and the treatment and control of tick infestations including Amblyomma americanum (lone star tick), Amblyomma maculatum (Gulf Coast tick), Dermacentor variabilis (American dog tick), Ixodes scapularis (black-legged tick), and Rhipicephalus sanguineus (brown dog tick).

Additionally, Simparica TRIO is effective in the treatment and control of roundworm (immature adult and adult Toxocara canis and adult Toxascaris leonina) and adult hookworm (Ancylostoma caninum and Uncinaria stenocephala) infections. It is also indicated for the prevention of Borrelia burgdorferi infections as a direct result of killing Ixodes scapularis vector ticks.
