How can I request a refill on a prescription?
Simply place a new order! If your pet has valid refills on file, your order will be fulfilled right away. If you have 0 refills remaining, your veterinarian will simply need to approve your request before the order is fulfilled. You will not be charged until your veterinarian has approved your order.
Where is my order? How can I track shipping updates?
Once your order is approved by your veterinarian and shipped, you will receive a text message or email with tracking information.
What do I do if my pet is experiencing side effects or allergies?
Please contact your veterinarian if your pet is experiencing severe side effects or allergies.
